Panchkula NHM Various Posts Recruitment 2025 – Apply Offline 

Health Department, Haryana, under the National Health Mission (NHM) Panchkula, has released the official notification for the recruitment of Doctor (Medical Officer), Counselor, and Data Manager on a contractual basis. This recruitment drive aims to strengthen the healthcare delivery system in Panchkula by hiring qualified professionals for critical roles in medical services, counseling, and data management.

A total of 03 vacancies have been announced, offering attractive monthly salaries ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹60,000 depending on the post. The recruitment process is being conducted through offline mode, and applications will be accepted from 22nd August 2025 to 8th September 2025 (till 04:00 PM).

The selection process will be merit-based, considering educational qualifications, relevant post-qualification work experience, and district weightage marks. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in State Government/UT/Semi-Govt./Boards/Corporations/NHM or from JCI/NABH/NABL/ISO-certified or nationally accredited hospitals/labs. Bonafide residents of Panchkula district will receive 10 additional marks as per the recruitment policy.

Selection Procedure

• Experience: Post-qualification relevant work experience in State Govt./UT/Semi-Govt./Boards/Corporations/NHM.

• Private Experience: Only from JCI/NABH/NABL/ISO-certified or nationally accredited hospitals/labs (admissible at par with Govt. facilities).

• District Weightage:

  • Bonafide residents of the district – 10 marks

  • Applicants from other districts – 0 marks

• Final Merit: Based on qualification, experience, and weightage marks.
