Dhanlaxmi Bank Recruitment 2025 has been officially announced for the posts of Junior Officer (JO) and Assistant Manager (AM), offering a great opportunity for young graduates and postgraduates to start their career in the banking sector. Dhanlaxmi Bank, one of India’s well-known private sector banks, has released the notification inviting applications from eligible candidates across the country.

As per the notification, the Dhanlaxmi Bank Recruitment 2025 process will be conducted through an online application form, written examination, and interview (tentative). The written examination will be held on 13 September 2025, and the Admit Card will be available for download from 27 August 2025

Selection process includes a written examination, followed by an interview (not confirmed), document verification, and medical examination. The exam pattern has been clearly structured to test the candidate’s reasoning ability, quantitative aptitude, English language skills, general awareness, and computer knowledge. The written test will consist of 200 questions carrying 200 marks with a total duration of 2 hours. Importantly, there will be a negative marking of 1/4th (0.25 marks) for each wrong answer.
