- Assistant Editor & Assistant Director: 30–40 years
- Senior Court Assistant: Up to 35 years
- Assistant Librarian: Up to 30 years
- Age relaxation as per Government of India norms. No upper age limit for departmental candidates.
Selection Process
For Assistant Editor (SCI Reports)
- Written Test:
- Part A: Precis & Editorial Skills – 100 Marks (2 hours)
- Part B: Law & Constitution – 100 Marks (2 hours)
- Interview – 25 Marks (Qualifying: 13)
For Assistant Director (Museum) & Senior Court Assistant
- Written Test (Objective + Subjective):
- English, GK, Aptitude – 30 Marks
- Museology/History – 70 Marks (3 hours)
- Computer Test – Qualifying
- Interview – 25 Marks (Qualifying: 13)
For Assistant Librarian
- Written Test:
- English, GK, Aptitude – 30 Marks
- Library Management – 70 Marks (3 hours)
- Computer Test – 100 Marks (1 hour)
- Interview – 25 Marks (Qualifying: UR – 13 marks, SC/ST – 12 marks)
