Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• Sub-Inspector (Telecommunication): 20 – 25 years
• Head Constable (Telecommunication): 18 – 25 years
• Constable (Telecommunication): 18 – 23 years

Educational Qualifications

• Sub-Inspector (Telecommunication): Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields like Science, IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent.
• Head Constable (Telecommunication): 10+2 with PCM (45% aggregate) or equivalent qualifications.
• Constable (Telecommunication): Matriculation with preference for ITI certification.

ITBP Telecom Recruitment 2024 Salary Structure

• Sub-Inspector: Level-6, ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400 (7th CPC)
• Head Constable: Level-4, ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 (7th CPC)
• Constable: Level-3, ₹21,700 – ₹69,100 (7th CPC)

Includes allowances such as DA, HRA, and others as per ITBP norms.

Syllabus and Exam Pattern

The recruitment process includes multiple stages, starting with Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Written Exam, and Document Verification.

Written Exam Structure

• Sub-Inspector: 100 questions on English, General Awareness, Reasoning, and core subjects.
• Head Constable & Constable: Subjects include English, Awareness, Physics, Chemistry, and Math, varying by post.
