Syllabus and Exam Pattern

Online Test Structure

1. Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation: 60 questions, 60 marks.
2. English Language: 40 questions, 40 marks.
3. Quantitative Aptitude: 40 questions, 40 marks.
4. General Awareness (Banking/IT): 60 questions, 60 marks.

Specialist (AAO) includes an additional section on Professional Knowledge.

• Duration: 120 minutes for Generalist, 165 minutes for AAO.
• Negative Marking: 0.25 for each wrong answer.

Selection Procedure

1. Online Test – Minimum qualifying marks required.
2. Personal Interview – 100 marks; minimum 50% for UR/EWS and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD.
3. Medical Test – Based on IDBI Bank’s standards.

Final selection is based on a weighted score: 75% Online Test + 25% Interview.
