Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

For all Reader positions:

1. Postgraduate Degree in the respective Ayurvedic subject, as recognized under the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970.
2. Ayurveda Degree from a recognized university or statutory board in Indian Medicine.
3. Teaching Experience: A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Ayurvedic education, with at least 3 years as a Lecturer in the relevant subject.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years (as of October 1, 2024)
• Age relaxations are available for SC, BC-A, BC-B, PwBD, and other eligible categories as per Haryana government rules.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with published papers or books in their field of expertise will be given preference.

Salary and Benefits

The selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level 11 as per the Haryana government pay scale for Group B positions. Alongside the basic salary, they will receive applicable allowances and benefits according to Haryana PSC rules.
