Salary Haryana Post Office Recruitment 2024

The selected candidates will receive a salary in the Level-2 Pay Matrix (₹19,900 – ₹63,200), along with allowances as per government norms.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 27 years
• Age relaxations:
  • OBC Candidates: 3 years
  • SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
  • Government Employees: Up to 40 years

Educational Qualifications

1. Mandatory Requirements:

   • 10th Standard Pass from a recognized Board or Institution.
   • Valid Driving License for light and heavy motor vehicles.
   • Knowledge of motor mechanisms (ability to detect and rectify minor vehicle defects).
   • Experience: At least 3 years of driving experience for both light and heavy motor vehicles.

2. Desirable Qualification:

   • Three years of service as Home Guard or Civil Volunteer.

Selection Process

The recruitment process includes two stages:

Stage I: Theory Test (80 Marks)

• Covers General Knowledge, Arithmetic, Reasoning, Traffic Rules, and Motor Mechanisms.
• Duration: 90 minutes
• Type: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

Stage II: Practical Test (20 Marks)

• Assessment of motor mechanism knowledge and driving skills.
• Includes defect identification, wheel replacement, and driving techniques for heavy vehicles.

Final Merit List: Prepared based on combined marks from Theory and Practical Tests.
