How to Fill UPSSSC Instructor Online form 2022
- - Step I:- Log in Using your PET Registration number and your Personal Details like Date of birth, Gender, Domicile, Category Details.
  - A candidate may also log in using PET Registration Number and OTP.
  - Step II:- Then Fill in your application name, father name, mother name, domicile, category, date of birth gender, marital status, mobile number & Email ID, etc.
  - Then Fill in your Educational details.
  - Now Enter the Verification Code and click on Submit Button.
  - Then upload your Photo & Signature and click on Continue.
  - Now Fill Other Details, tick on Declaration and do save and proceed.
  - Now Pay Your application fee using the given methods.
  - Take a printout of your application for further reference.
