FACT Clerk Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for Clerk Posts

FACT Clerk Recruitment 2025-Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT), a multi-divisional Central Public Sector Enterprise and a pioneer in the manufacture and marketing of Fertilisers, Chemicals, and Caprolactam, has invited online applications for the recruitment of Clerk posts on Fixed Tenure Contract (Adhoc Basis).

FACT Clerk Recruitment 2025 started on 28 July 2025, and the last date to submit applications is 07 August 2025 (4:00 PM). Candidates must also send the hard copy of the application with supporting documents by post so as to reach FACT by 14 August 2025.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 26 Years (as on 01 July 2025)

• Eligible candidates should be born on or between 01 July 1999 and 30 June 2007.

• Relaxation:

  • SC/ST: 5 years

  • OBC (NCL): 3 years

  • PwBD: 10 years

  • Ex-Servicemen: as per Government of India guidelines

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (3-year or 6-semester courses only) with a minimum of 50% marks.

• Candidates with higher duration graduation (more than 3 years/6 semesters) are not eligible.

• Qualifications must be obtained via full-time regular courses approved by UGC/AICTE/AIU. Part-time/distance education degrees will not be considered.

Salary & Tenure

• Consolidated Pay: ₹25,000/- per month with 3% annual increment.

• Engagement is for 2 years, renewable for a maximum of 2 additional one-year spells, based on performance and requirement.

• Other benefits include Leave, ESI, Provident Fund, and TA/DA for official duty travel.

Reservation

• Reservation for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen categories will be as per Government of India directives.

• OBC-NCL candidates must submit a self-declaration initially and produce the latest OBC-NCL certificate before joining.
