Instructions For Vaccination Registration
  • Only 4 people can register with one mobile number.
  • You will have to give one photo, one photo ID proof with photo ID number and date of birth, after that an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number for registration.
  • After that, you have to choose the nearest center for an appointment.
  • After that, whatever date of appointment you will get, on that date you will have to get the vaccine.
