Recruitment Overview

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Scrutiny of Straight Through Processing (STP) e-forms filed on the MCA portal.

• Compliance review work and any other assignment provided by the Central Scrutiny Centre.

Salary and Remuneration

The consolidated payout will be based on post-qualification experience, as follows:

• Up to 1 year: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month

• 1 to 2 years: Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 55,000 per month

• More than 2 years: Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month

The final payout will be decided based on relevant experience and performance during selection.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

• Maximum age should not exceed 35 years as on 01 July 2025.

• Preference will be given to candidates with 1 to 2 years or more experience.

• Candidates with less than 1 year of experience may be considered if others are not available.

• CS training period will not be counted as post-qualification experience.
